Harvested from plants, herbs, and trees, essential oils are concentrated plant extracts obtained by careful steam distillation, cold pressing, or resin tapping.

For thousands of years, essential oils have been used to enhance lives as beauty aids and dietary supplements, and to support spiritual and religious practices.

Pure essential oils contain oxygenating molecules that transport nutrients to the cells of the body. You can use the oils to help calm, stimulate, soothe, and bring balance to all the body's systems.

Why I share these oils.

I love knowing exactly where the plants were grown throughout the world, and that they were planted with intention and crafted with care.

From Young Living: "We are distillers and dreamers, creators and caretakers, farmers and family. We uplift and enhance lives around the world through nature’s living energy—essential oils. Every day we make lives better, the earth greener, and futures brighter."

3 ways to use essential oils:

1 AROMATICALLY
• Inhale oil directly from the bottle.
• Use a diffuser to disperse oil in a micro-fine vapor into the air.
• Wear as a scent on pulse points for a natural, earthy, or exotic aroma.

2 TOPICALLY
• Apply directly to the crown of the head, to the temples, behind the ears, over vital organs, or to the feet or other locations.
• Use before, during, and after a therapeutic massage.
• Apply with a fatty vegetable oil to the body after a bath.

3 INTERNALLY
• Add several drops of oil into an empty vegetable capsule (can purchase at a health food store or online) and swallow with water.
* Place a drop of oil directly under the tongue.
• Add 1-2 drops of oil to a glass of water.
