1 AROMATICALLY
• Inhale oil directly from the bottle.
• Use a diffuser to disperse oil in a micro-fine vapor into the air.
• Wear as a scent on pulse points for a natural, earthy, or exotic aroma.

2 TOPICALLY
• Apply directly to the crown of the head, to the temples, behind the ears, over vital organs, or to the feet or other locations.
• Use before, during, and after a therapeutic massage.
• Apply with a fatty vegetable oil to the body after a bath.

3 INTERNALLY
• Add several drops of oil into an empty vegetable capsule (can purchase at a health food store or online) and swallow with water.
* Place a drop of oil directly under the tongue.
• Add 1-2 drops of oil to a glass of water)
